USA Domestic Shipping:
- We process all orders within 1-2 business days.
- NOTE: Order volumes increase during the holiday season, and processing time may take 1-2 additional days. If you need your order by a certain day, please email us at hello@colorclutch.
- A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number -- and it is 3 or more business days since you placed your order -- please email us at email@example.com and we will resend your tracking number.
What are your shipping prices?
We now offer $9.95 flat rate shipping on all orders, regardless of how many units are in your order. Don't want to pay for shipping? Find a local retailer where you can pick up your Color Clutch! Click here for a store close to you.
How is my order shipped?
Orders will ship either via FedEx Smart Post or DHL, and take 3-8 business days for delivery.
- If you need your order in 2-3 days, please select Priority Shipping at checkout.
Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States may take longer to ship. Please choose Priority Shipping at check out if you need your order in 2-3 business days.
APO/FPO/DPO locations will be shipped via FedEx Smart Post or DHL. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
- We ship to all locations in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and all US territories.
- We also ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. For more information on our international shipping, please read our blog post!
Other shipping policies:
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Please note we are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service or shipping carrier (FedEx, DHL, etc.). However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international shipments), please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you as to how to file a claim. We appreciate your understanding with this.
RETURNED PACKAGES: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Customers will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
REFUSED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Color Clutch. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.

- Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts." We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
